Magic's wild new "monster world" brings some of the most ambitious play mechanics the game has ever seen.
Events
We'll be holding three pre-release events at Chaos City Comics:
- Saturday Evening, 18th of April, Sealed Deck.
(Doors open 18:00, tournament starts 18:30)
- Sunday Morning, 19th of April, Sealed Deck
(Doors open at 10:00, tournament starts 10:30)
- Sunday Evening, 19th of April, 2-Headed Giant
(Tournament starts at 17:30)
Since this is a team event, each player enters the event not just as themselves, but as a team. Due to this, we highly recommend planning your teammate in advance to prevent disappointment, as it is unlikely there will be any players looking to create their team there at the event.
Prizes and Prices
As with all of our events, we try to bring you the best event at the lowest price we can! Therefore, entry for each individual event will be only £28, and if you enter all three events, the price will drop to be only £22 per event!
This year we're running improved prizes for our events, and this Prerelease is no exception! Alongside the new prize support, we'll be increasing how much each player can win with extra event prizes!
Players who enter all 3 events that we're running will have the chance to win an entire Booster Box! All you have to do is get the best score over the 3 events, and all of those packs are yours!
Registration
Please post below with your name, DCI number and the events you'd like to attend to register. If you haven't got a DCI number, we'll sort you out with one in the store
Other Little Bits
Parking is free in St. Albans after 18:30. All day parking is available on Sundays for £1. Avoid the Maltings car park as they shut early. Light refreshments are available at the shop. If you have any other queries, leave a comment below.
